ARTIST STATEMENT
Diana is a documentary and fine art photographer who carries a deep love for family, history and human bonds.
With nearly two decades of experience, she’s had the honor of documenting celebrations and milestones in her clients’ lives since 2008, and specializes in multi-day, truly exceptional celebrations all over the United States and beyond,
Her love of documenting weddings began as a young woman with the romance of the union, and over time and through growing her own family, has evolved into an intimate appreciation of the once-in-a-lifetime coming together of families and friends. She strives to give her clients an accurate, and meaningful record of this one weekend in their lives that they so thoughtfully curated. Not only for the couple, but for their descendants down the line.
When not making photographs for others, she is playing her most important role of all: mother to her two young children (and an old wiener dog named Angus), who have become her favorite subjects.
Her work has been published in C Weddings, The Connecticut Bride, Austin Wed Society, Wedding Chicks, Snippet & Ink, Style Me Pretty, Rock n Roll Bride and Carats & Cake, among others.
